Where are my items shipped from? Can I buy from outside the UK?
We ship from multiple locations, in the UK and the USA. Your item will be sent from the nearest facility to where you live. We ship worldwide.
How do you take payment?
We accept ALL major credit and debit cards. Payment will be handled securely via our payment providers, Paypal and Stripe. When paying by Paypal, you DON'T need a PayPal account. All you have to do is enter your card details. Sometimes PayPal tries to hide the credit card section to try to get you to sign up for a Paypal account, but it is there, usually on the left of the page.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
We aim to print and dispatch all orders from Dizzyjam HQ within 5-7 working days. Then add on these estimated delivery times depending where you are:
UK - 1-3 working days in most cases
Europe Airmail - 3-4 working days
USA - 3-4 working days
ROW - 7-10 working days
Hey, I ordered a while back and nothing's turned up yet!
Very very rarely, our carriers deliver a bit slower than the promised times above. In those cases, here's what to do:
- Wait a couple of days - most parcels will turn up, even if it is a few days later than expected.
- Check your local post office / sorting office in case they couldn't deliver (especially if you live in flats or have a non-standard address).
The most common cause of delayed or non-delivered items is incorrectly or incomplete addresses.
If you are in the UK then Royal Mail will hold your order at the local delivery office for three weeks before returning it to us. This means it can take over a month to arrive back to us from when we sent it.
If you are outside the UK then you may need to be a little more patient. We regularly have undelivered items returned here 2 or 3 months after being dispatched. However, we will aim to resolve the issue before then. The best thing you can do to prevent this happening is make sure your address is as full and complete as possible.

Please note Royal Mail only consider parcels to be lost after 15 working days from the due date (not the posting date), so we can't act until then.
Returns and Cancellations
Every item is hand-printed, bespoke for each customer. As such, it's not possible for us to process refunds for items that are not the right size for you. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing. This means we are not able to cancel or amend orders once we begin the printing process, typically within 12 hours of an order being placed.
Dizzyjam is registered in the UK. To obtain a VAT receipt, please contact us after you have received your confirmation email.
If you order products for delivery to a non-UK address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.
